Ginseng Bumper Smoothie

Brazilian ginseng has been used for centuries to boost energy levels, heighten libido and strengthen the immune system. This delicious Ginseng Bumper Smoothie is guaranteed to leave you buzzing with energy and ready to face the day ahead!

Ingredients:

– 2 cups of sliced banana
– 2 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice
– 1 cup of fresh spinach
– 1/4 cup of fresh coriander
– 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
– ½ a teaspoon of Brazilian ginseng powder

Preparation:

Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz for around 30 seconds. Pop into the refrigerator to chill, before serving with a garnish of fresh mint or coriander.
