Shipping Policy

What shipping methods are available?

We are a small business — not Amazon — and we appreciate your patience! 


Orders are typically shipped between Tuesday and Thursday. We do not ship Friday through Monday to avoid weekend delays and ensure quality, especially for sensitive items.


Flat rate shipping (U.S. only):

  • Up to 1 lb: $7.50
  • 1–2 lbs: $10.50
  • 2–4 lbs: $15.50
  • Over 4 lbs: $19.00

We ship via USPS or UPS Ground, depending on what is most affordable and reliable. For flat-rate and free shipping options, we reserve the right to choose the carrier.


If you're on a deadline or need faster delivery, please contact us ahead of time or leave a note at checkout. We’ll do our best to help, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed.


Please use a valid shipping address. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.


Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us at info@vivvitals.com.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. We are a small team and appreciate your patience during high-volume periods. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Is express shipping available?

Yes, express options via UPS are available at checkout, including:

  • UPS 3 Day
  • UPS 2 Day
  • UPS Next Day Air

Note: We do not offer express shipping through USPS. Additional charges apply for express options. If you're on a tight deadline, feel free to contact us before ordering to confirm feasibility.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the U.S. and Canada.


Due to ongoing issues with lost or delayed shipments in other regions, we’ve temporarily paused international orders outside of North America. If this changes, we’ll update our policy.


Canadian customers: You may be responsible for duties, taxes, and a handling fee upon delivery. These are not included in your order total.

Can I change my shipping information?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to make changes — just contact us immediately at info@vivvitals.com or call 888-761-0333.


If your package has already shipped:

  • USPS orders cannot be rerouted. These will typically be returned to us if undeliverable.
  • UPS orders can be rerouted, but there is an $11 rerouting fee that will be charged to your card.

How can I track my order?

Once the order has been shipped, we will immediately send you an email notification with a tracking number to track your item online. Please add info@vivvitals.com and vivvitals@shopify.com to your contacts to ensure you receive these email notifications. You may call us and request your tracking information by phone.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please notify us immediately by phone at 1-888-761-0333. For extra insurance it is good to send us an email as well at info@vivvitals.com. Thank you again for your consideration in working with us!!!

Can I return my order?

We offer a 30-day return window on most unopened items.


We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or seal-broken items
  • Used powders, supplements, or liquids
  • Any filter or water product that has had water run through it
  • Items damaged from installation or missing original packaging

Please reach out to info@vivvitals.com for an RMA and return instructions. Always use tracking when sending items back.
