We are dedicated to bringing you the very best health related products on the market, however, we understand sometimes customers need to make a return for various reasons - we are here to help make you happy!
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most items we sell if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase if the item is unopened.
We don't charge our customers any restocking fees for exchanges.
Items which have been opened and used are not accepted for return or refund.
On items which are being exchanged there is a $10 shipping fee for customers in the U.S. and Canada.

Upon receiving your returned product we will begin the process of either refunding your payment or sending you out your exchange.
Unopened products will receive a full refund of the cost of the item.
Shipping cost are non-refundable on unopened products that are the correct product ordered.
If you receive a product that is different than the one you ordered, you will receive a full refund of your order including all shipping.
If you receive a product which is completely different than the product you ordered and you would like to exchange it for another product, there is a $0 shipping fee for the new product.
If you receive a defective or broken product you will be refunded in full. There is $0 shipping fee if you request the product be exchanged.
Products ordered with a promotional discount will only receive a refund on the exact amount paid for the product at the time of purchase. The value of the discount of the product will not be refunded.
Unopened, completely incorrect or broken/defective products can be exchanged for a product of equal value or store credit or a complete refund minus the shipping cost.
In the case of products that are being refunded, we will attempt to credit the original credit or debit card used for the purchase. If that card is denied, cancelled or has been closed then we will contact you in order to complete the process of refund.
