Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for shopping on VivVitals.com and thank you for valuing your health and vitality enough to do so! We are dedicated to bringing you the very best health-related products on the market. However, we understand sometimes customers need to make a return — and we’re here to help as much as we can.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most items we sell if you are unhappy with your purchase and the item is unopened.
We do not charge restocking fees for exchanges.
On items being exchanged, there is a $10 shipping fee for customers in the U.S. and Canada.
Important Return Exceptions
As a small business working with many small-batch brands, we cannot absorb returns the way large retailers do. Many of our products are non-refundable once opened — and our suppliers will not credit us for returned goods that have been used.
For that reason, please note:
- We cannot accept returns on any opened or seal-broken products.
- We do not accept returns on any shower, bath, faucet, or water filtration products that have had water run through them — even if they’ve only been lightly tested.
- If you've installed a water unit and run water through it, it is no longer eligible for return, even if there were issues with your pipes or fittings.
- Our filters and fixtures may require special adapters or custom fittings, which are the responsibility of the customer to confirm prior to purchase.
If you’re unsure whether a product will fit, please email us at info@vivvitals.com ahead of time with:
- Clear photos of your setup
- Exact measurements of your fittings or hardware
We will do our best to help guide you, but we cannot confirm compatibility from photos alone.
Also, please note:
- Products like Exsula powders are considered living foods and must be refrigerated after opening.
- Once exposed to moisture or heat, the enzymes activate and begin to break down the product — making it unsellable.
- Open bottles or used powders cannot be returned, even if barely used.
We appreciate your understanding. As a small company, we simply can’t take these kinds of losses, especially without high-volume sales. We're sharing this upfront to be transparent and to ensure clarity for everyone.

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Once we’ve confirmed eligibility, we’ll guide you through the return process.
Once we receive your returned product, we will begin the process of either refunding your payment or sending out your exchange.
Refunds
- Unopened products returned within 30 days will receive a full refund of the product cost.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable on correct, unopened orders.
- If you received a completely incorrect item, we will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund including shipping.
- If the product is defective or broken, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost.
- If the product was part of a promotion or discount, your refund will reflect the price paid at checkout (not the pre-discount price).
- In cases where the original payment card is unavailable (closed, denied, expired), we will contact you to arrange an alternate refund method.
