Directions for Use

Shake before use.

Add the contents of Activator to the bottle of Life Crystal Pineal Clearing.

Take 10 or more drops directly under your tongue and hold. Take as often as you like, whenever you need extra energy. 10 drops is about 0.5 ml, 20 drops is 1.0 ml. You have 120 or 500 large doses in the bottle.
