Begin with only a few drops on the first day to allow your body to adjust to the increase in energetics. For best results increase gradually to only, and not beyond, 1 teaspoon per 16 ounces, up to 3 times per day for every 150 pounds of body weight. Adjust the serving amount accordingly.
For best results, add your Renaissance P.M. Booster blend only to water — consume before or after meals. Space servings 3 to 4 hours apart. It is better to sip it gradually so that you are just finishing one serving as you are starting the next. A fourth serving may be added as desired but may diminish the effect.
May be blended ahead of time at the ratio of 1.4 ounces per gallon of pure water.
Very Important – Go Slow
