I’m a big fan of the Green Juice/Green Smoothie in the morning, in the afternoon… heck, I love them all the time. Last month I blogged about my favorite Green Smoothie Recipe and the beauty benefits of drinking it daily. I am certain this is what celebrities are doing behind closed doors every morning in order to keep themselves looking fit and skin glowing… Ok, and working out 6 hours a day. ;)
Well, she may not be a “celebrity” in the typical sense; however, love her or hate her, you can’t argue with her model-esque body — she is a model, afterall. The Bachelor’s Courtney Robertson revealed her Green Smoothie recipe of choice earlier this month and I thought I’d share it with you. Because, hey, you can’t have enough green smoothie recipes!
In your blender she recommends you combine:
- 1/2 bunch celery
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 apple
- 2 stalks kale
- Small piece ginger
- A squeeze of lemon
That’s it, that’s all beauties. So, give it a whirl and see how you like it.
