Shipping 
Up to 1 lb: $7.50 (depending on shipping address)
Between 1 and 2 lbs: $10.50 
Between 2 and 4 lbs: $15.50 
Over 4 lbs: $19.00 
Orders are shipped by USPS Mail or UPS Courier. For free or flat rate shipping we will choose the most affordable option at our discretion - First Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS Ground (for heavy packages).

Heavy or large orders are shipped by UPS ground. Please provide a physical address that accepts delivery by UPS. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box.

Customers may select their preferred shipping option from the list in the checkout - you will see the metered rate.

Orders are usually shipped by the next business day - we do our best, but unavoidable delays may occur. Please make a note in the comments box of your order if you require delivery by a specific date and we will contact you if there is a problem. Be sure to provide a telephone number where we can contact you.

USPS usually delivers in 2-5 business days and UPS in 2-7 business days to locations within the US - depending on destination.

Please ensure that you have provided a valid shipping address. It is helpful to advise us if an address is either mail or courier delivery only. Please include a valid telephone number in your account information.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. If you do not receive the order confirmation, please first check your junk or spam folder and then contact us to confirm that your order processed correctly in the shopping cart. If an order is incomplete in the shopping cart, and therefore not processed, you will receive an email notification.

If your order is not delivered in a reasonable time, please contact us. Do not leave it too long - we may need to track, trace, or reship.

OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES: 
UPS Ground Shipping usually takes 2-7 business days, depending on destination state. (Weekends are not included in the delivery time)

EXPRESS SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES: 
Other shipping methods include UPS 3 Day (3 business days + shipping day), UPS 2 Day (2 business days + shipping day), & UPS Next Day Air (arrives the following business day). Additional charges will apply for these shipping options.

We are not able to offer Express shipping by USPS.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: 
Once the order has been shipped, we will immediately send you an email notification with a tracking number to track your item online. Please add vivvitals@gmail.com to your contacts to ensure you receive these email notifications. You may call us and request your tracking information by phone.

CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION: 
If an error is made in the shipping address or the address needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to make any necessary changes.

Once an order shipping by USPS has left the warehouse it is not possible to change the destination address. Incorrectly addressed packages are usually returned to us by the postal service and can then be reshipped to a corrected address. Additional charges may apply.

Orders shipping by UPS can be rerouted to the corrected address. There is a UPS rerouting fee of $11.00 which will be charged to your credit card.

Shipping Policy

We’re a small, independent business. While we do our best to ship quickly, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped between Tuesday and Thursday. We do not ship Friday through Monday to help avoid weekend delays and ensure product integrity, especially for sensitive items.

If you need something delivered by a specific date, please leave a note at checkout or email us ahead of time. We'll do our best to accommodate, but we can’t guarantee rush processing without advance notice.

We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location, order size, and shipping speed selected at checkout. For free or flat-rate shipping, we’ll choose the most economical option.

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to help.

  • If your order has shipped via USPS, it will likely be returned to us and can be reshipped once we receive it (reshipping fees apply).

  • UPS reroute requests incur an $11 fee per the carrier.

Can I return items?
Please refer to our Return Policy — we do not accept returns on opened bottles or used water filtration products.

Important Notes

  • We only ship within the U.S. and Canada.

  • If you’re unsure whether a water filter will work with your fixtures, please email us with clear photos and measurements before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for issues due to incorrect fittings or installation problems that are not product-related.
