I'm so grateful that my Mom taught me very early on about the importance of self-care. Not only did she share all of her favorite beauty tricks with me, she also shared the importance of self-love and has always embodied everything that the Golden Secrets is today.

Here are my Five Ultimate Secrets for Healthy, Glowing Skin.

1. Hydrate! Drink adequate amounts of water throughout the day. At least 8 ounces per day. This is a must in order to have plump, hydrated skin. Also incorporate vegetable drinks that have a variety of vegetables and colors to ensure your skin is getting all the nutrients it needs.

2. Don't be so scared of the sun. We are a living being and our body does not function correctly without adequate amounts of sun. Allow at least 5 minutes per day of full sunlight. Refrain from toxic sunscreens, which can do more harm than good. Our Youth beauty Face oil has a natural SPF between 20-40 and Coconut Oil, in many of our body oils has a natural SPF between 2-8.

3. Body Scrub! Our skin is our largest organ so it is important to give it a lot of TLC. Body scrubbing is one of the easiest ways to detox unwanted pollutants, toxins, fat, and cellulite.
