What is the recommended use of Heart Studies?

How do I enjoy my Heart Studies?
Always take Heart Studies Formula alone, with only 100% fruit or vegetable juice (best to use fresh juices or "Not From Concentrate" juices) or water, at least 2 hours after and 1 hour before a meal or supplements.
Maintenance Program
Begin with 1/2 teaspoon, gradually increasing to 5 teaspoons daily. Simply shake or blend up to 2+ spoons of Heart Studies Formula per 20 ounces of your choice of cold fruit juices and/or water. Do not mix Heart Studies Formula powder with other superfoods, veggie juices, protein drinks, or dairy beverages as their proteins will interfere with the Heart Studies Formula chelation effect.
Do not make it too thick. Your blend should be healthfully delicious and the consistency of a thin fruit smoothie. Reshake or stir with a spoon or straw between sips. Best when consumed soon and entirely after blending.
Annual Tune-up Program
Have a 6-pack of Heart Studies Formula on hand. Follow directions above and continue increasing by 1/2 teaspoon daily, to a total of 5+5 level spoons every day (first bottle). For the next 2 months, stay at 10 teaspoons daily (using bottles 2 through 5). Use your 6th bottle to decrease down to 2 teaspoons daily.
People who are elderly or over weight, or those with a history of cardiovascular challenges, or athletes seeking optimum performance, may find it useful to take Heart Studies Formula ongoing with at least 2 teaspoons daily. You will achieve the greatest artery cleansing benefit by taking your entire daily Heart Studies Formula all at once in one large serving, or perhaps split in two. If at any time you feel as if you are cleansing too rapidly, simply reduce to beginning amount and increase more gradually.
