Directions for Use

Take 1-3ml (20-60 drops) 3x/day straight, then drink water.

For Sore Throat: Add one dropper full to warm water and gargle.

Start with lowest dose first.

Caution: 
Do not take during pregnancy. 

Monitor blood glucose levels if diabetic as the constituent berberine has been known to improve levels. It will not cause hypoglycemia.
