How to Use

MAGNESIUM DROPS

Take 10–20 drops at a time in water or juice, or directly if you can tolerate the taste. Apply to teeth, gums, and under the tongue for oral health. You can also use these drops to create your own herbal remedies by infusing essential oils.

MAGNESIUM OIL

Add 2 oz to a bath and soak for 20 minutes. Spray on skin, use as a massage oil, or apply to teeth and gums. Can be used full strength or diluted 50/50 with water. It may also be used in foot soaks, added to food, or infused with essential oils for a customized experience.
